1. Shot List # Reel 1 (00:01–03:38). Signs for 45 Combat Formation and No. 36A Sourdin Attack are visible. Korean soldiers sit upright with rifles. They practice assembling mortars and preparing to fire. In individual combat drills, soldiers lie prone and fire live rounds. Scenes of crawling under barbed wire for infiltration fire and live-fire practice with instructor correction. # Reel 2 (03:40–06:00). Illustrated firing manual diagrams and medium-to-long-range mortar training. A light aircraft arrives in the distance and two U.S. forces officers and one Korean officer disembark. A military band greets them and a female student presents a bouquet. The welcoming party departs in jeeps to McNab Village. # Reel 8 (06:02–07:00). ROK forces training soldiers greet the officers as they exit the jeeps. The trainees wear straw-and-foliage camouflage on their heads. # Reel 9 (07:01–08:38). Camouflaged soldiers crawl in a prone approach toward their objective. Soldiers in formation shout slogans in unison. A jeep passes through military police guards. Trainees march on foot with rifles slung over their shoulders. Signs reading "Dokdo-beop" and "3rd Regiment, 2nd Battalion" are visible as they pass.
