A Red Cross representative speaks with U.S. officers and then with other prisoners. In front of the operating room, the representative hands cigarettes to prisoners. # Roll 10 (6:07), slate dated 1951.2.23: A building marked 'Hospital' comes into view, identified as the hospital compound of the Busan POW camp. A doctor prepares for surgery, and the operation itself is shown. A nurse holds an oxygen mask while doctors operate on a prisoner's foot, apparently treating frostbite. Other doctors are seen preparing for additional procedures.
